Creating a podcast is not an easy job. There are so many elements that go into making it a success. From having the right space, the right lighting, the cameras, the seating, the right audio and making it a place you feel comfortable. This all takes time, effort and money.
In Carrickfergus, you have access to all of these things and more. The podcast area of the studio is set up so that you can walk in, sit down and start creating.
With ample parking, easy access to the studio and a relaxing area for your team to enjoy, we have the space needed to bring your ideas to life.
Our plan here is to provide you with everything you need for your project. Please get in touch if you are interested in renting out the space as a dry hire or you need a full production quote.
Comfortable seating
Seating can add to the effect you want to have for your podcast. For a formal or business setting, we have professional leather chairs to a corner sofa for a more relaxed setting.
Coffee area
Coffee, tea and snacks are just as important to help set you up to record your idea!
The “Green Room”
The green room is usually the space where a band or a team can chill out. We have a space with 2 sofas’s, a 50” TV, a PS4, Apple TV, a fridge and a coffee machine to allow you to get into a creative mindset and relax at the same time. Usually, this space gets used to have initial meetings with clients to understand the specific needs of the project.
Microphones and audio
Microphones are such a crucial aspect of your podcast. The industry standard for these are the Shure SM7B. Everyone’s go to mic for recording and filming with. If you prefer, we also have lapel mics to be slightly more discrete. We can accommodate either one in your project or even both types depending on what you are looking for.
We also use a Universal Audio interface to capture this audio to the highest level possible.
